Market Analyst


ClearChoice Management Services is a management services company that supports a national network of Dental Implant centers. The Business Analytics team is a small but growing department that is looking for an Analyst to support marketing and new-center expansion efforts. 

The Market Analyst will use internal CRM data, external appended data, and various research tools to help drive marketing strategy. Projects will range from monitoring daily lead health to conducting deep analysis projects with cross-department stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years exposure in marketing strategy, real-estate analysis, or general business analysis. Having some exposure to relational database concepts and experience with simple SQL query writing will be a key to success. Experience with R, Alteryx, or other statistical software is a plus. Above all, we are seeking a candidate with the ability to identify patterns in large sets of data, extract the overall story, and then communicate those insights clearly for business users.


  • Conduct analysis on new and existing markets to determine the best locations to open a new service location while generating ROI
  • Analyze the marketing ROI in nearly launched markets and help make recommendations for optimal performance
  • Analyze marketing ROI for existing markets and work with the Digital and Broadcast managers to formulate strategies and tests for improvements
  • Gather analysis needs from key stakeholders in the organization, formulate analysis projects and timelines, then deliver final analysis results in a clear and concise format
  • Prepare materials in support of presentations to the executive team and board of directors
  • Learn the existing processes behind expansion and marketing analyses and drive improvements
  • Analyze data to identify the underlying story, then convert those insights into a clear narrative
  • Help monitor performance trends and assist the marketing team in diagnosing any problems as needed


  • 3-5 years in a highly analytical marketing role or a strategic business analyst role
  • Firm understanding of audience segmentation techniques as they relate to marketing and broadcast media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking up in meetings or presenting analysis in a small group setting
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Some basic exposure to Microsoft SQL or relational databases
  • Proven ability of extracting vital information from an analysis and converting that into
  • A strong passion for self-improvement and a desire to tackle new challenges
  • Experience with Qlikview, Alteryx, MS SQL Server and spatial analysis are a plus
