Training Manager - Sales

Position Summary:

The Performance Consultant is responsible for supporting the RBDs and RDMs in improving center sales performance as well as supporting various CCMS performance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Run connection meetings with RBDs and RSMs to determine how best to support them
  • Design, deliver and facilitate new PEC training 
  • Travel to Centers to support the RDMs in learning to:
    • Successfully facilitate Rainmaker Clinics
    • Observe, ScoreCard, and Coach PECs and Doctors in Rainmaker Skills
    • Assess performance challenges
    • Develop and implement Center, Doctor, and PEC Learning MAPs to resolve performance challenges
    • Develop and facilitate various skills development workshops and onboarding training
    • Participate in or lead various culture initiatives.
    • Collect and analyze various performance data from Centers, RSMs, and RBDs
    • Support other various performance improvement/process management initiatives as needed
    • Champion, coach, and support the use of the consult cameras
    • Participation in personal continuing education efforts/networking for the sake of process improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience in sales, training, and/or call center operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, training, leadership, or related coursework preferred.
  • Familiarity and fluency in the Rainmaker model
  • Familiarity and fluency with Center operations
  • Experience in training and skills development
  • Must be extremely coachable and have an intense passion for learning and self development
  • Strong self-management skills
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and professional judgment skills; can see multiple solutions to problems and choose best possible one for the needs of the patients and the business
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills:  flexible ability to work and communicate successfully with the full spectrum of individuals at all levels inside and outside of the organization
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to organize and manage complex, detailed processes
  • Enthusiasm and drive for being part of an evolving part of the business
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 75% travel)
