Field Sales Trainer

Summary:

ClearChoice currently has an opportunity to hire and develop a Field Sales Trainer. This position will report to the PTeam and lead the field on-boarding of newly hired sales team members.  They do not have to be based in Denver, but could be based in any city where ClearChoice has a center. Ability to travel extensively (up to 75% travel)

Key Responsibilities:

  • During pre-Denver onboarding, facilitate center-based training to new Sales Team members around ClearChoice’s specific products, policies, procedures, and systems
  • During Denver onboarding, facilitate or co-facilitate Rainmaker and other consult skills courses as well as modules in HCF, Salesforce, Windent, and other critical onboarding topics.
  • After Denver onboarding, supervise new sales team “Go Live” week
  • Support the development and success of new Sales Team members for six-months after onboarding through continuous outreach and acting as a performance “Buddy” and expert resource
  • Observe, scorecard and coach newly onboarded Sales Team members’ performance in the field and provide documented feedback to the Consultant and Management
  • Champion and support extensive use of consult cameras among new Sales Team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of ClearChoice consult process
  • Knowledge of ClearChoice tools and technology such as Salesforce, Health Care Financing, Windent, iCAT, etc
  • Knowledge of ClearChoice Google applications such as GMail, Hangouts, Google Drive, Google Communities
  • Familiarity and fluency in the Rainmaker model
  • Familiarity and fluency with Center operations
  • Must be extremely coachable and have an intense passion for learning and self development
  • Strong self-management skills
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and professional judgment skills; can see multiple solutions to problems and choose best possible one for the needs of the patients and the business
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills:  flexible ability to work and communicate successfully with the full spectrum of individuals at all levels inside and outside of the organization
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have an interest in Training/Coaching as a career
  • Experience in training and skills development useful but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
