Registered Nurse (RN) - Esthetics                                                                                    

The Esthetics Nurse performs procedures in a medical setting and administers laser treatments, medical peels, and injectables under the delegated authority of the esthetics center’s medical director. Registered Nurse (RN) - Esthetics Responsibilities:

• Administering cosmetic injections & laser treatments
• Actively contributing to our friendly, compassionate, and welcoming customer experience
• Performing examinations and developing comprehensive treatment plans for our patients
• Regularly updating patient’s clinical treatment records

Registered Nurse (RN) - Esthetics Working Conditions:

• The Esthetics Nurse will work in a medical office environment
• The Esthetics Nurse may be exposed to harsh chemicals and lasers; precautions must be taken and proper equipment must be used / worn to protect from the risk of injury.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Esthetics Experience/Requirements:

• Laser certified and valid Registered Nurse license for Colorado
• At least 3 years of experience working as an Esthetic Nurse Injector and Laser Specialist within a Dermatology, Plastic Surgery or Medical Spa.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; in addition to computer, time management, organization, and customer service skills.
• Passionate about medical esthetics, patient care, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit in developing a Nationwide Esthetic program under ClearChoice Dental.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Esthetics Required Training and Certifications:

• Laser training and certification
• Chemical Peels
• Extensive Botox and Dermal Injectable Training and Experience
• Dermaplaning & MicroNeedling (a plus)
• Advanced knowledge of skin histology, as well as a dynamic understanding of the facial tissues and muscles

Registered Nurse (RN) - Esthetics Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to work in an office environment at both his/her own and others’
• desks/offices
• Required daily to walk the floor, sometimes for extended periods and be able to help
• wherever needed
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to bend, stretch, twist and/or reach with your body, arms and/or legs
• Must possess good multi-limb coordination – i.e. the ability to coordinate two or more limbs while sitting or standing
• Must possess good trunk strength – i.e. the ability to use abdominal or lower back muscles to support part of the body continuously or repeatedly over time without “giving out” or fatiguing
• Able to shift back and forth between two or more activities or sources of information
